Sir William Wallace Monument Cross Historic Celtic Cross from Glasgow
This is a scale artists reconstruction by Stuart Fellowes depicting the 19th century Wallace cross from Robroyston in Glasgow. The cross has a carved claymore above a lion rampant shield and the legend “in defense”. The base has the carved words “Wallace 1305” Today this cross stands at Robroyston near to Wallace’s Well.
