Historic Pictish Cross from Perthshire

This is a scale artists reconstruction by Stuart Fellowes depicting the 9th century St. Madoes Pictish Cross and shows how this Sandstone cross may have looked when originally carved. A Christian cross, inlayed with key and roundel designs is flanked by Pictish beasts. Today the cross is on display at Perth Museum & Art Gallery
