Historic Pictish Cross from Ross-Shire

This is a scale artists reconstruction by Stuart Fellowes depicting the 8th century Rosemarkie Wheel Cross and shows how this Sandstone cross may have looked when originally carved. A simple unfinished “Wheel” cross which has carved sockets that likely held ornamentation. Today the cross is on display at Groam House Museum, Rosemarkie
