Reay Pictish Cross Historic Pictish Cross from Caithness
This is a scale artists reconstruction by Stuart Fellowes depicting the 9th century Reay Pictish Cross and shows how this red sandstone cross may have looked when originally carved 1200 years ago. The carving is somewhat askew but shows panels of key and roundel patterns. Today it can be found at Reay Old Parish Church
This piece is a resin cast reproduction of Stuarts’ original hand-carved sculpture
