Celtic & Pictish Crosses & carved stones
Historic Architecture models
This is a contemporary sculpture based closely on a carved stone memorial cross located at Old St. Ninian’s, Stonehouse in Lanarkshire. It is a simple but beautifully proportioned Celtic cross design of a Celtic revivalist style made popular in the 19th century.
This piece is a resin casting that has been entirely hand made at every stage from carving the original model to the final coat of paint on this reproduction. It is designed for wall hanging and can be mounted flush using the built in “hanging hole” on the back.
Hand painted. Resin cast reproduction of Stuart Fellowes’ original sculpture.
