How to make an order from my website:
Please browse my products pages and click “Add To Cart” when you have found something you would like.
The item will be added to a virtual Shopping Cart, and you can chose to either add more to your Cart, or remove items at any time. You can continue shopping at this stage whilst your item/s will remain saved in your Shopping Cart.
When you've finished shopping, click the Shopping Cart button, and all the items that you have chosen, will be displayed. You can add to or remove any items, or cancel, as required.
If you are happy to proceed, click the Checkout button to complete your payment with Paypal. You are then asked to complete delivery address details and the option to add a note for me
Paying by Paypal - You will be taken to the Paypal site, which is a secure third party site who will process payment, either through a credit/debit card, or a Paypal account (you do not need an account with Paypal to make payment.)
On completion, you will receive a confirmation email from Paypal straight away. I will process your order as soon as funds have cleared.
I will email you with an order confirmation within 24 hours. If you have not received an email within 24 hours, please Contact me .
You will also receive another email when I dispatch your item.
If you have any problems of queries, feel free to get in touch.
“Made to Order”
Most of the products shown on my website are available from stock but as I have limited storage space, some pieces are not held in stock and are marked as “made to order”.The item is still available and you can still purchase this item in the normal way by adding it to your shopping basket. I will email you within 24 hours with details of how long it will be until your item is made and ready to be dispatched. In most cases this is between five and ten working days. If the wait is too long, just inform me and I will cancel your order and refund you in full.
What are the delivery times and costs?
I aim to despatch orders within two working days and then delivery should be between 2-3 working days in the UK. The carrier I use is Royal Mail small parcel service. For overseas orders I use Royal Mail Airmail service. Delivery varies greatly depending on the destination but on average international deliveries are within 2-3 weeks. Please contact me and I can likely give a more accurate expected time based on recent customer feedback.
Please Note: Goods shipped to countries outside of the European Union may be subject to customs fees/export duty/tax upon arrival. I cannot guarantee that you will, or will not be charged in your country. Any customs or import duties due are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, and the recipient will be required to pay any costs due prior to the parcel being released. Unfortunately this is outwith my control.
I always keep my charges for postage and packaging as low as I can and the actual charges reflect the cost. I don’t make any profit from P+P. Overseas customers have a small surcharge to cover the higher cost of international postage
I’d like to return an item that is faulty or has been damaged in the post.
Please let me know by post or email as soon as possible after receiving your order. I will exchange or refund any genuinely faulty items, including your return postage costs. I will contact you with return details.
Please then return the item to me with all original packaging within 14 days. I cannot be held responsible for returns that do not reach me, so I advise obtaining a Proof of Posting certificate and / or insurance.
Please do not return any items without contacting me first.
What happens if I don’t like the item I receive or I change my mind?
I want you to be completely happy with anything you buy from me, and I will happily refund any item that does not meet your expectations, provided that you contact me within 14 days of receipt.
If your item has not yet been dispatched, I will simply cancel the order and refund your payment.via the Paypal details you provided.
If the item has already been dispatched, I will then contact you with return details. Please then return the item to me with all original packaging within 14 days. I cannot be held responsible for returns that do not reach me, so I advise obtaining a Proof of Posting certificate and / or insurance.
Your refund of the cost of the item will be made via the Paypal details you provided, when I receive the item back
I will not be able to refund the price of return postage and I reserve the right to deduct a percentage, at my discretion, from the refund if the item shows evidence of use which diminishes its value.
Is your work available through any other outlets?
Yes. I do supply a growing number of select, high quality gift shops in the UK. Please see my stockists page HERE for details.
I also sell some of my work from my online ETSY shop. You can go there by clicking this link ETSY SHOP
I have plans to begin exporting to retail shops overseas in the near future.
How can I commission you to make me something unique?
I have regular slots during the year when I can take on commission work. I have a great deal of experience in various disciplines and styles of modelmaking and sculpting in a wide range of materials. I can take on a wide variety of projects. I have a motto of “If you can imagine it, I can make it”….and If I can’t, I know someone who can !!!! Please look at my past work page for some select examples of stuff that I have created over the years. Click HERE
If you have an idea for something you would like me to create for you, Please get in touch and we can discuss it further.
I have a guide on how my commission process works, which you can find by clicking HERE
The big question I get about commission work is “How much”? Well, it depends on a lot of factors but I have created commission works in the past ranging from Tens of pounds up to Thousands of pounds. Let me know your idea and budget and I will advise you on what I can do for you.
There is often a waiting list for my commission work sometimes it’s several weeks. So if you are looking for something that requires a deadline then get in touch as early as possible. Because I have production work throughout the year and due to the artistic, creative or complex nature of many commissions, I only use deadlines as a target but I don’t ever guarantee that it will be met on time…..I do try my best though. The more time I have, the better to get a commission delivered for a deadline.
